Car’s give off a ton of pollution and to combat carbon emissions, Spotify has created Petal to the Metal: A rewarding and easy way to give back to mother earth.
Solution
Trees will be planted in heavily deforested areas around the US for every 5 miles driven. Drivers will be excited to play their custom weekly playlist on their way out and feel rewarded from their contribution to the environment.
Like any GPS application, Spotify Drive will be able to know your location and how far you have driven while the app is in use.

Interactive screen in NYC subways play classic hits that people are able to swipe through, ultimately raising awareness of the Spotify Drive campaign along with lightening the mood for morning commuters
